Strawberry Jasmine Tres Leches Cake - 15
Sponge cake soaked in a triple milk soak (condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk), hence the name “tres leches.” The milk soak is cold steeped for 24 hours with Jasmine green tea pearls from In Pursuit of Tea. The cake is topped with a lightly sweetened whipped cream and fresh Harry’s Berries strawberries tossed in strawberry coulis, served in a pool of more jasmine milk.

Sticky Banana Date Pudding, $13 -

A

Classic Dish :: LC ‘pudding’ is a super moist, steamed date cake made with date puree, flour, butter, molasses, and eggs. Banana slices are baked into the top of the ‘pudding’. Served warm & doused in rich toffee sauce (brown sugar, cream, butter, and molasses).

A

Gluten free. Made with 70 percent valrhona chocolate, eggs, a touch of coffee and butter, the chocolate mousse is at once light, silky, and rich. It’s balanced with a dollop of creme fraiche whipped cream and a crunchy, sweet & salty, candied chocolate and cacao nib topping, and a Drizzle of Olive Oil.

A

A tangy yuzu (Japanese citrus thats like a floral, grapefruit-y lemon) curd in a short crust, topped with vanilla bean white chocolate whipped cream, and shaved white chocolate, finished with fresh basil.

Profiteroles, $15 -

A

LC profiteroles are made of choux pastry—an eggy and buttery dough thats baked crispy and hollow. Three profiteroles are served per order, each one is sliced in half, filled with vanilla ice cream, then doused in a glossy, decadent chocolate sauce and/or toffee sauce, poured tableside.

Strawberry (Ice Cream)

A

Base is milk, cream, eggs, condensed milk, and Harry’s Berries strawberries. Strawberries are macerated in sugar overnight to draw out juices and sweetness before they are puréed and strained. Some bits of whole strawberries are added back into the custard before freezing.
Garnish: sprinkling of gluten free white chocolate and strawberry crunch, which is made of caramel, white chocolate, milk powder, and freeze dried strawberries.
Allergens: contains dairy and eggs. Gluten free. Nut free.
