Matcha Panna Cotta
Cream custard steeped with Matcha green tea. Chilled and topped with a thin layer of kumquat marmalade. Kisses of whipped cream and a row of chocolate streusel. GF and contains almonds
Tiramisu
Ladyfinger sponge cake soaked in coffee layered with mascarpone cream and topped with MR Black Cold Brew Liqueur foam. Garnished with cocoa powder and a chocolate flower decoration.
Torta Caprese
Flourless chocolate cake made with almond flour dipped in a cocoa nib glaze. Topped with a ribbon of mascarpone whipped cream. Served with a dollop of Morello cherry compote, cardamom, candied almonds and fried rosemary leaves.
Rhubarb Pavlova
Vegan Meringue cup filled with braised rhubarb and topped with a quenelle of shiso lime sorbet and a side of rhubarb sauce. Garnished with chiffonade of shiso.

Chef’s selection of Cheeses served with seasonal house made jam, almond pistachio petit four cookies, candied orange chocolate bark, fruit and nut crackers.
