A

those with existing muscle or joint injuries
heavily overweight or obese clients.
those with a history of, or increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
clients with limited range of motion.
those with impaired balance and proprioception.
clients with osteoarthritis.
however, to simply exclude a suspension trainer based on above may be step too far when this equipment could add considerable valuable to t
he programme.
