Q

What is a landscape concept plan?

A

A landscape concept plan includes proposed structures, shapes of planting beds, and types of softscapes. It includes both birds’ eye views and perspective views.

A landscape concept plan is basically a final rough draft, and is used to sell the idea to a client.

Q

What is an installation plan?

A

An installation plan is a set of drawings that allow contractors to install the elements correctly. The plan may be split into sub-plans that focus on different elements (ex. lighting plan, grading plan, construction plan, irrigation plan, etc). It is highly detailed.
