Form
3D object having depth to look like it’s popping out of the page. (can be any colour/greyscale)
Tone
Gradient, light to dark, shade
Colour
Colours in which could display hue, saturation, primary, warm and cool, contrasting or complimentary colours
Texture
Implied texture or actual texture in an artwork such as shiny, rough, bricks,
Shape
Simplified shapes two dimensional shapes used in art, such as symbols, abstract or geometric.
Point
Dots to create emphasis, tone, texture, form, contrast (screen tone used in comics)
Line
Continuous line on a surface it can be;
straight, curvy, precise, dotted. Can emphasise a figure and add line weight.
Type
Is the type of text they use. Italic meaning slanted, bold. Sans serif straight letters T and serif with lines on the T. caps height, X height, baseline
