Penne with Porcini
House made garganelli tossed with garlic butter, porcini mushrooms, sage, and parsley.
Tortellini Pomodoro
House made tortellini filled with ricotta and served in pomodoro and basil. Finished with grated parmigiano.
Linguini
Linguine tossed in a clam ragu (Manilla and razor clams). Topped with cornetto peperoncino and celery leaf.
Raviolini
Raviolini filled with Hawaiian shrimp. Tossed in a saffron and lobster butter with tomato.
Spaghetti
Made with lamb pancetta. Cooked with red onion, olive oil, and chili flake. Finished with pecorino romano.
Cavatelli
House made cavatelli with yellow curry spice. Contains beef cheek, scotch bonnet, and goat cheese. Heavily spiced and spicy.
Capellini
Option of half or whole lobster. Noodles are tossed in garlic, jalapeno, green peppercorn and scallion.
