A Stormy Night

A storm is very bad weather with strong winds and rain. A stormy night is really dreadful and horrible. It is often accompanied by thunder and lightning. On a stormy night, the sky is overcast with clouds. Rains poured in torrents. The wind blows violently from all directions. The dusky is forecast with dark clouds and nothing can be seen except thunders and frightening at times. Sometimes there is lightning occasionally thunders roar. Usually, the electric connection is blown off by the wind. People shudder in fear. Such a stormy night is deadly dark. Thunderbolts and flashes of lighting frighten the people.

Nature looks very gloomy. A lot of trees and plants were uprooted and big branches were broken down. There is terrible sound all around. It seems as if the natures were howling and would swoop on man in no time. Roofs of houses are blown away. It seems everything is getting crashed. Trees are uprooted. Generally, the storm lasts for two or three hours. After the storm, a scene of havoc is seen all around. The storm takes a heavy toll on human property and lives. The miserable conditions of the coastal areas were beyond description. As no rescue work is possible is such a moment. It causes a great loss of life and property. Tidal Waves also swept away many lives, cattle, horses, and other belongings. The victims pass a stormy night in the midst of tension and fear. It usually does lots of havoc on people making them helpless, homeless, etc.

Usually, a stormy night leaves a scene of destruction and chaos. They utter the name of Allah and recite many lines of the holy Quran. The people of other religions also remember the name of God. However a stormy night is a night of horror and destruction. Storm prone areas should be marked well and houses should be built strongly to survive the severity of the storm.
