Describe Yammer
Have open and dynamic communication with leaders, employees and partners through Yammer, a social network for organizations. Share knowledge, news, events, blogs, and polls. Deliver live and on-demand events and training. Discuss ideas, give feedback, and network with others through communities.
Yammer is a secure enterprise social network designed for connecting and engaging people across your organization. Yammer helps facilitate community collaboration and idea-sharing among leaders, coworkers and partners from anywhere.
It offers two networks:

Describe Microsoft Exchange
Sync your emails, calendars, and contact information across your devices, keeping you up to date wherever you are with Microsoft Exchange, a hosted messaging solution. Exchange delivers the capabilities of Microsoft Exchange Server as a cloud-based service. Share your calendar to coordinate schedules with people in different organizations so you can work together on projects or plan social events. Create a public folder for shared access of information or create a shared mailbox so people can access to read and send emails.
Describe Microsoft Viva
Microsoft Viva is an integrated employee experience platform (EXP) that empowers people and teams to be their best. An employee experience platform is a digital platform that helps organizations create a thriving culture with engaged employees and inspiring leaders.
Microsoft Viva brings together all the tools employees need to be successful in today’s world of work into one unified solution across four unique experience areas:

Describe Teams and Channels
Teams is a collection of people, content, and tools surrounding different projects, interests or outcomes. It’s designed to bring together a group of people to get things done. Conversations, and resources shared in standard channels will be visible to all the team’s members. Limit of 10,000 members
Channels are dedicated sections within a team to keep conversations and content organized by specific topics, projects, disciplines, or whatever works for your team. Channels are where discussions happen and where the work actually gets done. For instance, users in a team could have a channel with a tab for a specific report that they’re all contributing to. Files that you share in a channel (on the Files tab) are stored in SharePoint.
Describe Meet App
Centralize your meeting activities with the Meet app in Teams. Meet helps users prepare for meetings, review past discussions and quickly discover meeting content like chats, files, and agendas. Meet enhances meeting efficiency by simplifying the prep work and reducing time spent revisiting past meetings. Teams Premium includes features like live captions in different languages during meetings and smart summaries after meetings.
Describe Viva Connection
It’s a customizable app in Microsoft Teams that gives everyone a personalized “home” destination to discover relevant news, conversations, and quick access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Viva connections combines all these capabilities (SharePoint, yammer, teams, stream, etc.) together into a company branded app in Teams.

Viva Insights provides data-driven, privacy-protected insights and actionable recommendations that help everyone in the organization work smarter and achieve balance.
Viva Glint is a people-driven platform that provides visibility into the health of your organization and guides effective action. With Viva Glint boosts engagement and delivers rapid people insights, enabling continuous feedback conversations, predictive risk modeling, data-driven analysis of success drivers, and tracking of feedback progress and impact. Copilot for Microsoft 365 in Viva Glint summarizes and analyzes employee feedback at scale, enabling leaders to explore insights by asking natural language questions.

Viva Goals is a goal-setting and objectives and key results (OKR) management solution for your entire organization. Viva Goals allows you to connect your employees to your organization’s goals, stay aligned at scale, and drive business results to empower people and teams to understand their impact.

Viva Learning is a centralized learning hub in Microsoft Teams that lets you seamlessly integrate learning and building skills into your day. Viva Learning brings enterprise learning into the flow of work by connecting content from your organization, Learning Management Systems, third-party providers, and Microsoft.
Describe Viva Topics
Viva Topics delivers a knowledge discovery experience that helps people connect to information and experts across their organization. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically organize company-wide content and expertise into relevant topic cards.
Describe Teams
Microsoft Teams is your organization’s core center for collaboration, with a chat-based workpalce to help everyone work more productively.
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app, a place for teamwork. It’s an app for people and teams to come together, stay connected, and get things done, across work, home, school, and on the go.
Extend Teams by using these apps:
-Power BI in Teams can empower your organization to collaborate with data to deliver improved outcomes.
-Power Apps can help you build apps to add directly into Teams by creating a tab.
-Power Automate can help you automate tasks and processes all within Teams.
-Dynamics 365 and Teams integration can provide high-level details of your customers to ensure you have helpful context and can be prepared in customer meetings.
-Power Virtual Agents allows you to create chatbots that can be integrated into Teams.
-Integrate with third-party partners and services for more capabilities within Teams, like ServiceNow or Salesforce. Integration with third-parties can be done through incoming and outgoing webhooks and connectors.

SharePoint is a cloud-based service that allows companies to share and manage content, knowledge, and applications to improve teamwork.
Describe Microsoft OneDrive
OneDrive is a Microsoft 365 service that allows users to access, share, and collaborate files. Allows users to view files in a browser, share and search content, and sync that content so they can access it offline.

Microsoft Stream is an enterprise video service where people in your organization can upload, view, and share videos securely.
