- on dorsum of 1st IO space of hand, at level of midpoint of shaft of 2nd metacarpal bone, on belly of 1st IO dorsalis ms
- may induce labor, avoid if pregnant

- superolateral aspect of anterior leg, 3cm distal to inferior patella border, and 1 finger breadth lat to tibial tuberosity, in ms groove
- useful for nausea, subdues rebellious qi
