Dermatomes and Myotomes Flashcards
Myotomes
Start from C3-C4 for upper, and L3 for lower!
(A great way to remember is it coincides with a top down approach while simultaneously naming different parts of the body)
* Upper body- Bicep flexion, the triceps extension, remember alphabetical order for T1 and T2 Dab and PAD respectively
* Lower body- start at L2 but in the form of a kick and ending with the toe up
