Irregular areas on skin that range from light yellow to dark brown (Freckles)

Sun Damaged:
- Rough, dull skin, yellow and leathery
- From constant exposure to UVA and UVB
Melasma

- Pigmentary Conditions
Sunscreen and Zinc, titanium, iron oxide to block visible light
Phototoxic Reactions

- Tetracycline, Sulfonamide
NSAIDs
- Ibuprofen, Diclofenac
Retinoids
- Tretinoin, Tazarotene
Diuretic
- Hydrochlorothiazide, Furosemide
Psychedelics
- Chlorpromazine, Alprazolam
Actinic Keratosis
Sun Induced Lesion
- May bleed or erode over time and develop ulcerations
–> Squamous Cell Carcinoma
–> Basal Cell Carcinoma
They do not heal
Refer if they do not heal, crust, evolve
