All can present after birth
Simplex= epidermolytic blisters and involve feet, hands, and scalp, hemorrhage and heal quickly, mild, majority without scarring
Junctional= blisters at dermal and epidermal junction, atrophic scarring, electrolytes abnormal
Dystrophic=intra-dermal blisters secondary tot decrease in type VII collagen and increased collagenase.
