  • ≥ 5 cutaneous IH’s - risk of visceral IH - liver most common
  • Beard area/midline neck - risk of airway IH’s
  • Large Segmental facial lesions (≥ 5cm) - PHACE
  • Lumbosacral / Perineal Segmental - LUMBAR syndrome
