A
Generalized itch for ~1hr once water dreis off skin and then development of discrete, pruritic papules on days 2 and 3

Vinegar

Seabather’s eruption
A
Occurs under bathing suits (where larvae get stuck)
- looks like insect bites but only under swimsuit which lasts for up to a week usually
- often seen in Caribbean
- due to the nematocyst bearing larvae of the sea thimble (a jellyfish)

Portuguese Man-O-War
A
Linear papules or wheeles at sites wehre tentacles brushed the skin
- can have systemic sx like N/V, headache with severe stings
- keep affected limb still as mobilization will help venom spread
