  • AA: Dapsone syndrome(metabolite hydroxylamine) causes hemolysis, methemoglobinemia, hepatitis, jaundice, hypoalbuminemia, SJS…
  • DDI: inc. toxicity of cimetidine, dec. toxicity of trimethoprim, dec. clearance of probenecid
