What is condylomata accuminata?
Anogenital fleshy warts caused by HPV
describe the features of melanoma
Asymmetry
Border irregularities (uneven edges, pigment fading off)
Color variation: variable mix of brown/tan/black/red
Diameter >6mm
Evolving (size/shape/color)
how does coxsackie hand foot and mouth disease present?
oral lesions and bilateral macular/maculopapular/vesicular lesions on hands and feet. (vs unilateral vesicular lesion on palm more likley HSV)
scaly papules/plaques on face, scalp, neck, dorsal surface hands from sun exposure, can progress to SCC
Actinic Keratosis. Tx with Cryotherapy and 5-FU
scaly erythematous rash on nose skinfolds, ears, eyebrows, scalp. especially where theres hair
