Is warm enough to hold water and not condense into clouds/ rain

This gentle pressure grad means air isn’t moving quickly to take the place of rising air

Cannot hold water leading to condensation forming around dust particles warm air sinks down on the cold air trapping it and causing an inversion of temperature
