A
Requires >5 of the following symptoms for >2 weeks.
They must represent a change from usual functioning and cause clinically significant distress.`
Core symptoms (need 1 or more)
* Depressed mood for most of the day * Anhedonia in almost all activites
Additional symptoms
* Change in weight or appetite * Insomnia or hypersomnia * Psychomotor agitation * Fatigue or loss of energy * Worthlessness/guilt * Indecisiveness or decreased ability to concentrate * Recurrent thoughts of death or suicide
