Q

How is AI managed?

A
  • Reinforce good OH
  • Relieve symptoms (sensitivity, rapid wear, poor aesthetics)
  • Fluoride mouthwash and toothpaste prescribed
  • Direct or Indirect composite veneers to improve aesthetics, reduced sensitivity and incisal wear
  • Bleaching indicated if enamel is intact but discoloured
