Ellis 1: Enamel # - FU dent in days (48h)
Ellis 2: Dentin # - FU dent in days (48h)
Ellis 3: Pulp # - FU dent ASAP <24h
Alveolar # - FU dent ASAP <24h
What are non fracture injuries to teeth (ie ligamentous)
1- concussion. - routine dental FU
2- subluxation - primary routine, permanent ASAP days
3- intrusion- primary - mild days, severe NOW, Perm: <12h
4- extrusion :Primary: <3mm reposition, >3mm: dent <12h to remove
Permanent: reinsert dent <12h
4- Lateral Luxation:
- primary: reposition/remove
- permanent: reposition <24h
5- avulsion :
- primary : nothing, routine FU
- perm: Reinsert, dent NOW, ABx

1) Intra-oral: Traditional/Hippocratic
2) Intra-oral: wrist pivot
3) Extra oral
4) Syringe technique : roll
5) Gag technique
Post reduction: Barton Bandage or c-colar
