• work out the volume of cube by using a ruler to measure the length of each side

• fill a Eureka can with water
• place the object in the Eureka can causing water to displaced and flow out of the can through the spout
• measure the volume of water displaced using a measuring cylinder
• put the volume into the density equation
• density= mass/volume
