-Alzheimers disease = most common cause

Initiated by specialists (Ach inhibitors) Donepezil Galantamine Rivastigmine
Memantine = alt (mod-severe)
Avoid AP with mild symptoms, unless patient is distressed/risk of harm

Increase risk of stroke/death - balance risk to benefit
