- rivastigmine
N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor antagonist if severe AD dementia or if AChEi contraindicated
memantine
1st line in dementia w/ lewy bodies
- donepezil
- rivastigmine
drug choice of lew-body-dementia if 1st line is contraindicated
galantamine
