Aborted Engine Start
A
- Engine Start Lever (affected Engine)…….. CUTOFF

Airspeed Unreliable
A
- Autopilot (if engaged)…… disengage
- Auto Throttles (if engaged)….. disengage
- F/D switches (both)………. OFF
- If necessary to stabilize the aircraft, set the following gear-up pitch attitude and thrust:
* flaps extended…. 10° and 80% N1
* flaps up…………. 4° and 75% N1

APU Fire
A
- APU fire switch….. Confirm…..Pull, rotate to the stop, and hold for 1 second.
- APU switch………….. OFF

Cabin Altitude Warning or Rapid Depressurization
A
- Don oxygen masks and set regulators to 100%

Engine Fire or Engine Severe Damage or Separation
A
- Auto throttle (if engaged)…disengage
2. Thrust lever (affected engine)…….confirm……. Close

Engine Limit or Surge Stall
A
- Auto throttle (if engaged)…disengage
2. Thrust lever (affected engine)…..confirm…..retard until indications stay within limits or the thrust lever is closed

Landing Configuration
A
- Ensure correct landing configuration

Loss Of Thrust On Both Engines
A
- Engine Start Switches (both)…….FLT
- Engine Start Levers (both)…CUTOFF
- When EGT decreases:
* Engine Start Levers (both)….IDLE Detent

Runaway Stabilizer
A
- Control Column…….Hold Firmly
- Autopilot (if engaged)….Disengage
- Auto Throttle (if engaged)…..disengage
- Control Column & Thrust Levers…… control airplane pitch attitude & airspeed
- Main Electric Stabilizer trim………. Reduce control column forces.
- IF the runaway STOPS after the autopilot is disengaged:
* Do NOT re-engage the autopilot or auto throttle
* *** (end of procedure) - If the runway continues after the autopilot is disengaged:
* STAB TRIM CUTOUT switches (both)…….. CUTOUT
* If the runaway continues: Stabilizer Trim Wheel……Grasp & Hold
