Degunkification Flashcards

Q

What is degunkification?

what-purpose-why

A

Process where you search (events, contracts and documents) in order to clarify who owns and has the right to access, since it’s necessary to obtain a control position and for value creation.
If not carried out there will be uncertainties which could hamper transactions and make it difficult to e.g. convince investors.

As part of the clarification of ownership you should also make a risk analysis and a plan of action.
