Licensing
Who must have a licesnse?
anyone operating as a dealer, exhibitor, operator of auction or sale
Who may be exempt from having a license?
retail pet stores who only sale non-dangerous animals only for pets (not research or exhibition), anyone who derives less than $500 from the sale of animals per year, who sells less than 25 dogs or cats born on premises per year, and breeders with less than 3 breeding females
