Board:

Advertising:

Any service not regulated by the state, such as: stage makeup, permanent hair removal, piercing, waxing and tattooing.
What is a Special Events Permit?
To take your services out of the salon and charge for them, it is good for one year.

Civil Penalty:
Violation of a statute, rule or order.
Fine is up to $2,000 per violation
