A
  • Reference to tactical options framework
  • full details of Incident
  • degree and type of force used
  • if restraining hold was used, nature and type of hold
  • injuries or other consequences suffered by the person on whom force was used
  • medical treatment provided
  • any injury to police officer involved
  • explanation as to why the use of force was necessary. Explain how it was proportionate and reasonable
