The Zombie dwells only in the Southern part of America. It is an example of the Living Dead and may be recognised by its greyish colour and its rotten smell. They can be kept away with fire.

De-gnoming typically consists of taking hold of the gnomes, swinging them around until they are dizzy, and then throwing them beyond the yard’s perimeter fence or wall.
What are some spells effective for dealing with Erklings?
The incantations Orbis and Pullus are effective, as are the Seize and Pull charm (Carpe Retractum) and the Pumpkin-Head jinx (Melofors).
What is the Red Cap and how can it be defeated?
The Red Cap, a Dark dwarfish creature that lurks in places where blood has been shed and will attempt to bludgeon the unwary to death, should be avoided. If you should encounter one, it can be defeated with the Knockback jinx (Flipendo) or by dousing it with Beautification potion.
Describe the defense against Dugbogs.
First, use the Levitation spell (Levioso) to levitate the Dugbog. Next, use the Severing charm (Diffindo) to cut off its tongue.
