Offender ordered to keep the peace with victim for up to 12 months

Help out community by court order

Instead of court to keep offenders from identifying with criminals, offender serves some sort of restitution(ex.community service)

Length not fixed, often for dangerous offenders

Proof that accused could not have committed the crime(ex. Receipt,witness)
