s. 15 CA 1958 defines harm to mental health to be including
* Psychological harm
but does not include
- an emotional reaction i.e fear, anger, distress
unless it results in psychological harm

- substantial and protracted Or
B) The destruction, other than the course of a medical procedure of foetus in pregnant woman
