Loyalists are people who are loyal to the king/follow the rules; Patriots rebel against the king and do not follow his rules

What happened at Bunker Hill?
At the battle of bunker hill the british defeated the americans even though the americans lost they proved that they could hold their own against the british army. (the bloodiest war out of all)

- Two weeks later Washington arrived to take command and has to make an army out of the 16000 volunteers
