A

First make the in equality = to zero. Move the inequalty over but adding or subtracting.

Factor the numerator and the denominator. This will give you your zeros and undefined points.

Make the chart including ALL zeros, and all factors.

*bottoms zeros cannot be included in the brakets of inval notation. (bottom 0 is undefined)
