Decision making method which allows the time available for a detailed review of the situation which subsequently leads to a decision and result in action.
What is Recognitional decision making
Recognitional decision making or “recognition-primed” decision making is a model of how people make quick, effective decisions when faced with complex situations. It often occurs subconsciously.
What are some of the disadvantages of Recognitional decision making?
Requires extensive espierence, moral courage, increased risk
