Consensus Decision Making
Three groups of Voting Based Methods (RMP)
- Range Voting
- Majority Voting
- Plurality Voting
Voting-based method that allows each member to score one option. Alternative with the highest vote will be chosen.
Range Voting
requires the vote of more than 50% of the members of the group.
Majority Voting
the largest block in a group decides even though they are less in number.
Plurality
