save the report using the File option, and the ability to change how the report is being viewed, along with allowing the user to insert some other elements in the report such as text boxes and editing how the different visualizations interact with each other.
Menu Bar
this is where visualizations are laid out and formatted
Report canvas
sets options on limiting the displayed data in the report.
Filters Pane
contains two parts: The first one is where the user can select
visualizations to put into the Report Canvas. The bottom part is where the properties of the
selected visualizations can be changed.

Fields
Format
Analytics
contains all the data fields that were in the dataset. Power BI automatically assigns the field names as they appear in the top row of the data source.
Fields Pane
allows to add, delete, rename, and duplicate pages
Page Options
allows the user to quickly go access the currently selected workspace.
Workspace Link
affects whether the Legend is shown, and where it is placed in the visualization
Legend
allows the user to change the auto-generated visualization title
Title
allows the user to change the color scheme of the data selected by Power BI.
Data Colors
affects whether the Data Labels are shown in the visualization, how it is placed, and the kind of information shown.
Data Labels
affects whether the border of the visualization is shown or not and how it will appear. Using this is very helpful because it can more easily show where visualizations start
or end.
Border
same concept as the Border, but appears fancier, as it adds a shaded effect on the edge of the visualization.
Shadow
gives the user additional tools to help in the analysis of data. It allows
for the creation of additional data markers to denote information that isnot found within the data.
