What are the criteria for establishing Death?

A

1-Unreceptivity/ unresponsiveness, even to intense painful stimuli
2-NO movement/ Spontaneous respiration x 3 minutes after removal of Respirator
3-Absence of REFLEXES (Tendon and Central)
4-Flat EEG x 10min
5-All above test repeated after 24 hr -> NO change
6-No Hx of Hypothermia/CNS depressants before onset Coma.
