-In compliance with the drug and alcohol policy
- Fit and well rested to drive trains
-Any personal issues you have informed your line manager
-Had 12 hours rest (HIDDEN 18)
-Any medication you have informed Resource Centre and/or Line Manager
-Full uniform/Publications/Licences/Equipment
-Competent on routes/traction
-You have read the Late Notice Case
-Have 2 pairs of corrective glasses
