Allows researches to see insight into opinion’s and feelings

What is primary data?
A
- Data that has been collected directly by the researcher, solely for the purpose of their investigation.
E.g.
- Interviews
- Studies done by researcher

What is secondary data?
A
Information from someone else’s work
e. g.
- Articles
- Government reports
An example of doing this is meta analysis
