How to setup users to be able create reports and dashboards to a shared folder?

A
  • Enable enhanced folder sharing (Setup > Folder Sharing > Enable access levels for sharing report and dashboard folders (Classic only)
  • Create report and dashboard folder
  • Select folder from list with right pin
  • Add or remove authorisation to folder. You can share with individual users, roles, roles and subordinates and public groups.
  • Add permissions “Create and Customise Reports” and “Create and Customise Reports” for personal and shared folders
