1.5 oz cognac
1 oz premium triple sec
3/4 fresh lemon juice
(Shake and strain): chilled glass rimmed with sugar. Add all ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain contents into chilled Glassware.
Garnish: n/a (sugar rim)
Glassware: Martini
Sazerac
3 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
2 dashes of absinthe (optional)
1/4 oz simple syrup
5 dashes of peychauds bitters
2 dashes of Angustura Bitters
(Stirred and strained): in mixing glass add bitters, simple syrup and whiskey stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish: lemon twist
Glassware: old fashioned glass
Stellina
1.5 oz bourbon
1/2 oz Tempus Fugit Créme de banana
1/2 oz Braulio
3 dashes Hellfire Bitters
(Shake and strain): Combine all ingredients in mixing shaker. Shake, strain over ice sphere.
Garnish: n/a
Glassware: Double old fashion
Whiskey Sour
2 oz whiskey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 dashes of Angustura Bitters
Without egg white ( Shake and strain): add all ingredients to shaker and shake for roughly 20 seconds. Strain into chilled glass.
With egg white (Double shake and strain) add all ingredients except ice and bitters into a shaker and shake for roughly 20 seconds. Add ice to shaker then shake for 10 seconds. Strain into glassware then top off with a float of 3 dashes of bitters.
Garnish: Marischino cherry and half orange slice

Old Fashioned
3 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz simple syrup
(Stir and strain over ice): pour all ingredients over ice directly in a mixing glass. Stir for roughly 20 seconds and strain over into a rocks glass
Garnish: fresh orange peel and cherry

1 oz sweet vermouth
Dash of Angustura Bitters
(Stir and strain): pour all ingredients over ice directly in a mixing. Stir for roughly 20 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish: Marischino cherry

Mint Julep
3 oz bourbon
1/4 oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
(Build in glass): add the 6-8 mint leaves and the simple syrup into a tall glass and gently muddle them to extract flavor. Add 1 ounce of bourbon and some ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Add more ice and another 1 ounce bourbon. Stir again. Finally, add one last ounce of bourbon and stir. Top off with ice.
Garnish: mint sprig

Boulevardier
1 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
1 oz campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
(Stir and strain): pour all ingredients over ice directly in a mixing glass. Stir for roughly 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: half orange slice tucked in between the ice and the side of the glass

1 oz dry gin
1 oz campari aperitivo
1 oz sweet vermouth
(Build over ice): pour all ingredients over ice directly in rocks glass. Stir gently to mix.

Tempest G&T
2 oz botanist gin
2 oz Fever Tree elderflower
2 oz Fever Tree tonic
Combine ingredients over ice sphere
Garnish: edible flower and grapefruit slice
