1.5 oz Gin
1/4 oz Luxardo maraschino ĺiqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
(Creme de violette in original recipe)
(Shake and strain): combine all ingredients with ice into a mixing glass. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: Marischino Cherries

1.5 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lejay créme de cassis
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
Fever tree club soda
(Shake, strain and top): Combine all ingredients except club soda in shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into glassware while adding Fever Tree club soda.
Garnish: Raspberries

Collins (Gin or vodka)
1.5 oz gin or vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Fill with Fever Tree club soda
(Shake and strain): shake ingredients, except the soda, and strain into a tall highball glass over ice, then top with soda.
Garnish: lemon wedge or brandied cherries

1.5 oz citrus vodka
3/4 oz triple sec
1/4 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
(Shake and strain) add all the above ingredients with ice into a shaker. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: orange peel

Dark & Stormy
1.5 oz dark rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Top with Fever Tree ginger beer
(Build in glass): Squeeze fresh lime juice and add ginger beer to a highball glass. Add ice and stir. Top with more ice to fill the glass. Float Gosling’s rum on top to finish the drink.
Garnish: lime wheel

1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz coconut water and lychee
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Moet
(Shake and strain): combine all ingredients except Moet in shaker and with ice. Shake then add Moet and strain into glassware

1/2 oz orange curacao
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
(Shake and strain): add all ingredients with ice into shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Margarita
1.5 oz tequila
3/4 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
(Shake and strain): salt half the rim of rocks glass. Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice into the rocks glass.
Garnish: lime wheel

Mojito
2 oz rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
8-10 mint leaves
Top with Fever Tree club soda
(Muddle in glass): add the 8 mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup into a tall glass and gently muddle them to extract flavor. Add ice and run, stir with bar spoon. Top with ice and club soda. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
Garnish: mint sprig

Moscow Mule
1.5 oz vodka
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Top with Fever Tree ginger beer
(Build over ice and stir): pour all ingredients over ice directly in a highball glass. Stir gently and mix.

4 oz grapefruit soda
1/2 fresh lime juice
Salt for rimming (optional)
(Build over ice): pour all ingredients over ice directly in highball glass. Stir gently to mix.

Pisco Sour
1.5 oz pisco
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 dashes angustura bitters (float)
(Double Shake and strain): add all ingredients above except the ice and bitters into a shaker. Shake for roughly 20 seconds. Next open the shaker and add the ice shake for roughly 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float 3 dashes of bitters on the foam of the cocktail.
Glassware: old fashioned glass
Tesoro
1.5 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 slices of cucumber
1/2 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Fever Tree club soda
Mint
(Shake and strain): combine in shaker all ingredients without club soda. Shake and strain over ice, add club soda and garnish.
Garnish: cucumber
Glassware: highball
Gin Rickey
1.5 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Fill with Fever Tree club soda
(Shake and strain): Add all the ingredients, except soda into a shaker. Add ice. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain into a chilled highball glass (no ice). Top with Fever Tree club soda
