What to say before ablution( wudhu)
Say بِسْمِ اللهِ

Not obligatory but sunnah
What to say after ablution( Wudhu)
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Sahih Muslim 234a
What to do between Adhan and iqamah
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3595
Anas [bin Malik] narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“The supplication is not rejected between the Adhan and the Iqamah.”
Opening adkhar of prayer after takbir
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ، وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 243
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ، وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ
Glory is to You O Allah, and praise. Blessed is Your Name and Exalted is Your Majesty. There is none worthy of worship but You
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 243

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, Who has no partner; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger.
بِسْمِ اللهِ
In the Name of Allah.
أَعوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطانِ الرَّجيم
Seeking refuge with Allah against him (i.e. by saying, I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast).
Allahs reply during al-faithah?
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ﴿ ٢ ﴾
My Abd has praised me
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ﴿ ٣ ﴾
My Abd has extolled me
مَـٰلِكِ یَوۡمِ ٱلدِّینِ﴿ ٤ ﴾
My Abd has glorified me
إِیَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِیَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِینُ﴿ ٥ ﴾
This is between me and my Abd and my Abd shall have what he has requested
ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَ ٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِیمَ﴿ ٦ ﴾
صِرَ ٰطَ ٱلَّذِینَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡهِمۡ غَیۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَیۡهِمۡ وَلَا ٱلضَّاۤلِّینَ﴿ ٧ ﴾
This is for My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for.
Muslim 395a, muwatta Malik book 3 Hadith 41
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ
Glory and praise be to my mighty Lord

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى وَبِحَمْدِهِ
Glory and praise be to my most high Lord

Allah listened to him who praised Him, our Lord, to Thee i the praise

Sahih Muslim 772 for رَبَّنَاولَكَ الْحَمْدُ
رَبَّنـا وَلَكَ الحَمْـدُ حَمْـداً كَثـيراً طَيِّـباً مُـبارَكاً فيه
O our Lord! All the praises are for You, many good and blessed praises.
Sahih al-Bukhari 799
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي
O Lord forgive me, O Lord forgive me

Sunan Ibn Majah 897
التَّحِيّاتُ للهِ وَالصَّلَواتُ والطَّيِّبات ، السَّلامُ عَلَيكَ أَيُّها النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكاتُه ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْنا وَعَلى عِبادِ للهِ الصَّالِحين. أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلهَ إِلاّ الله ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسولُه
All greetings of humility are for Allah, and all prayers and goodness. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger.
