If allergic than cipro x 3 days

Complicated = male, DM, anatomic abnml, foley, sx >7 days, recurrent UTI, >65 y/o
TMP-SMX x 7 day

Cystitis in pregnancy
Nitrofurantoin x 7 days
If allergic than augmentin
AVOID FQ —> risk of cartilage d
AVOID TMP —> folic acid antagonist
