TIMI Risk Score
A
- thrombolysis in myocardial infaction
- high risk - 5-7
- intermediate risk - 3-4
- if 3-7 should undergo PCI
- 7 factors are: presence of three traditional risk factors for coronary artery disease, aspirin use within the last week, age older than 65 years, two or more angina episodes in the past 24 hours, and significant ST-segment deviation on electrocardiogram

A
- predicts 6 week MACE (major adverse cardiac event)
- use in patients >20 yo
- 0-3 usually discharge
- 4-6 usually admitted
- > 6 usually candidates for early invasive measures
- incoporates: history, EKG, Age, RF, inital troponin (not high sensitivity)
