A patient presents with CHF confirmed by chest X Ray. What heart sounds would you expect to auscultation on exam?

S1, S2, and S3. S3 is associated with CHF. Other symptoms are fatigue, shortness of breath with activity, and edema of the lower extremities.

S4 is associated with HTN.
