Case 1/2 Departure instructions
Departure to the port and remain out of avoid areas; comply with towers instructions
Case 3 departure instructions
Maintain beneath clouds. If unable, climb straight to 150-300’ or as assigned and arc at 3nm to assigned radial. Climb to departure altitude after 12nm
Lost comms VMC procedure
At or below 300’, arc to starboard D, lights as required to communicate
Starboard delta flight parameters
Flown at 300ft, 80 Kias, Upwind at 1NM abeam turn outboard on 045 degree relative bearing to turn downwind at 3-5 abeam. Turn inbound at the 110 degree relative bearing
Transient Helos contact protocol
SHALL contact Marshall control at least 25nm out
Marshall control during Case 3
Will clear to holding or starboard delta as requested
Expected procedure for transient Helos
Should expect to proceed to Starboard delta unless otherwise directed

Furthest forward on inbound radial and has not turned to parallel ships course
