What is the basic manufacturer’s warranty?
Typically covers items inside the car. Such as: Air Conditioning, Stereo System, and electrical components.
- If there is any remaining warranty from the manufacturer left on the vehicle and it is transferable it will be annotated on the Vehicle Details Page, as well as the Carfax History Report *
What is the powertrain manufacturer’s warranty?
Typically covers the parts of the vehicle that are directly involved in moving the vehicle forward or backward such as the engine, transmission, and drivetrain.

What is the 100 Day Limited Warranty?
Every Carvana vehicle sold comes with 100-Day/4,189-Mile Worry Free Guarantee.
This guarantee covers most repairs with the exception of cosmetic imperfections, normal wear and tear, recommended maintenance, and aftermarket accessories.
There is a $0 co-pay for repairs completed at a preferred repair facility!
Roadside Assistance is included!
The 100 Day Limited Warranty guarantee covers all assemblies and parts on a customer’s vehicle with the exception of what 4 things?
- Any interior or exterior imperfections that do not affect the drivability or safety of the vehicle. These would be cosmetic imperfections on the vehicle that occurs in the customer’s possession.
- Replaceable/wearable parts. These would be items that are considered general wear and tear such as windshield wiper blades.
- Recommended maintenance on the vehicle. For example oil changes and tire rotations.
- Aftermarket accessories. Sorry, that new spoiler will not be covered! Most aftermarket parts such as spoilers, lifts, and tints will even void a customer’s 7DMBG so make sure you clearly explain that to your customers!
What is Carvana Care?
Carvana Care covers a customer’s car by extending the original vehicle protection, covering costs should something break down. Just because our cars are used, doesn’t mean our customers can’t protect them like new!
Available in 3 tiers which all include: Competitive Pricing, Low Deductible ($0 deductible for all covered repairs at preferred repair facilities. Non-preferred locations are $50), Easy Repairs, and Cancel at Any Time.
What is Carvana Care - Essential?
Basic Mechanical Coverage | Core engine and transmission components, a.k.a the powertrain
What is Carvana Care - Plus?
Comprehensive Coverage | Front-to-back coverage for mechanical and electrical components. Air conditioning, power steering, fuel systems and more.
What is Carvana Care - Premier?
Premium Coverage | Free oil changes and tire rotation for one year, Everything covered with Essential and Plus, Minor dings and dents, Tire and wheel protection.

What is GAP Coverage?
It provides Carvana Financing customers with peace of mind knowing that if they get into an accident and their vehicle is declared a total loss, they won’t be left holding the bill for any remaining loan that insurance won’t cover.
It is a one time cost that is rolled into the financing. It covers the customer’s loan balance in the event of a total loss
What is SilverRock?
SR is the company that processes ALL Carvana claims.
Should a customer take their vehicle to a repair facility not listed on SilverRock’s preferred list they will have a $50 co-pay
