- Overnight 1mg Dexamethasone suppression test
- Late-night salivary cortisol (two measurements)
- 24 hours urinary free cortisol excretion

When to consider testing
A
- Hypertension in young adults
- Osteoporosis in young adults
- Facial plethora, proximal myopathy, striae, easy bruising.
- Adrenal incidentiloma.
