Nelson’s syndrome (hyperplasia of corticotrophs in ant pit gland –> excessive ACTH production)

A
- Hypokalaemic metabolic alkalosis (due to excessive mineralocorticoid production)
- Skin pigmentation
- Hyperglycaemia

What are some classical signs of Cushing’s syndrome?
A
- BUFFALO HUMP
- Central obesity
- Moon face
- Purple abdominal stretch marks
